Crew Management System (CMS)
Crew Management System (CMS) is a centralized, web-based information technology solution developed by the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India. It is one of the most important digital applications used by Indian Railways for managing its Running Staff, including Loco Pilots (LPs), Assistant Loco Pilots (ALPs), Train Managers (formerly Guards), Shunters, and other crew involved in train operations.

Evolution of Crew Management System
